This brilliant new feature enables our customers to chat online with our customer service team, who will be happy to help.
So, if you can't find the part or bike that you're looking for on our website, just click the LiveSupport icon, which you will find located in the top right-hand corner of each web page.
Doing so will open a chat window in your web browser, allowing you to send questions directly to us without having to phone or email. Our online advisers will then respond to each query as quickly as they possibly can.
The online advisers are even able to remotely re-direct your web browser to the page or product that you may need.
Whether it is a mini moto, pit bike, quad bike, go kart or scooter enquiry that you have, our online advisers will be able to help!
This service will be available to use 9.30am to 5.30pm, weekdays.
You will notice that the LiveSupport status changes between 'offline' and 'online', depending on whether the online chat system is open at any particular time.
