Are these Kazuma spare parts genuine?

Yes, all our Kazuma spares parts are 100% genuine and will fit the machine that they are advertised as being suitable for. Many parts may fit a variety of other Kazuma style, or copied Kazuma quad bikes, but we cannot guarantee that these parts will fit such machines. We will be happy to provide advice over the phone on 02476 398085.

Can I return spare parts?

Our returns policy is as follows:

  • Correctly supplied goods: We will refund the cost of the goods, if returned within 7 days in re-saleable condition, less a 15% re-stocking and re-checking fee. All postage costs will be paid by the customer.
  • Incorrectly supplied goods: We will replace any product supplied incorrectly by ourselves at no cost to the customer. We will refund all postage costs incurred.

How soon will my items be despatched?

We despatch items Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays. If we recieve your order in the morning it is possible that it will be shipped that day, but most items will be despatched the following working day. Orders recieved at the weekend or during holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

How Will My Spares Be Delivered?

Depending upon the weight of the part, we will use either Royal Mail 1st Class, or an external courier known as Interlink. Generally, small parts are sent Royal Mail, and this will be made apparent to you in the checkout. We cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver the day after despatch, although this is often the case. Interlink is used for larger parts, operating a next day home delivery service, and should deliver before 4pm on the working day following despatch. Interlink do not delivery on saturdays, and so items despatched on Fridays will be delivered on Monday.

What if I'm not at home and my parts are being courier delivered?

We have a contract which allows the courier to leave the item in a suitable location at the property that the courier company considers safe. If no such place can be found, you will be carded and delivery will be re-attempted the following day.
