How Will Your Items Be Sent To You?

Please note, delivery prices quoted at checkout are to UK mainland only. Off-shore islands and Ireland customers will need to contact us to order, please call 02476 398085.

When Will My Item Be Dispatched?

We will always dispatch items on the working day after the order is placed at the latest. If at all possible, we will dispatch your order on the same day. In the unlikely event that your order is not in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered the choice of alternative items, a refund or to wait for the items to come back into stock.

Shipping Services

How we send your item(s) will depend upon the size, weight and nature of the order. It may be necessary to dispatch your items separately by different methods, due our warehouse picking system.

In general, the following couriers will be used:

When Is The Latest That My Order Should Arrive?

Please allow one day for processing plus the time stated for your shipping method chosen at checkout. We have a good relationship with all of our couriers, all of whom are highly reliable and offer excellent service. Royal Mail no longer guarantees next day 1st class, so please allow 2 days for this service. All orders should have arrived 2-3 days after dispatch, please call us if your order does not arrive so we can resolve this for you.

Royal Mail

All parts sent via. Royal Mail will be packaged in appropriate protective packing and will be sent 1st class. Please allow 1 working day for processing and two working days for delivery.

Interlink Next Working Day (Signature Not Required)

Medium to large parts are sent via. Interlink couriers. These items will arrive on the working day after dispatch, and do not need to be signed for. If your item has not arrived by 5pm, please call us on 02476 398085.

Interlink Next Working Day (Signature Required)

Small machines are sent with Interlink couriers. These items will arrive on the working day after dispatch, and will need to be signed for. If nobody is available at the address, you will be carded. If your item has not arrived by 5pm, please call us on 02476 398085.

Palletways

Larger machines are sent via. Palletways couriers. Palletways will call you on one of the contact numbers provided at checkout to discuss which day is best for you to take delivery, and may give you an approximate time.

Can I Collect?

Collection is only offered for road legal scooters and where stated in the item detail. Unfortunately, we can not generally offer collection. Our warehouse and offices are not set-up to accomodate members of the public, and the cost saved in the process is passed on to our customers in our highly competitive prices.

Special Delivery Requirements

If you have special delivery requirements other than those offered, you will need to contact us to discuss the alternatives. Special delivery services cost extra than the post and packing quoted. Please phone 02476 398085. All UK offshore islands operate to different delivery schedules and increased costs in some cases, please contact us prior to purchase if you are unsure.
